Our goal is to resolve legitimate order issues promptly, professionally and fairly while protecting the integrity of research materials.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Eligible Orders

If an eligible product arrives damaged, materially defective, or different from what was ordered, contact info@blackpeakbioscience.ca within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number.
• Clear description of the issue.
• Photographs of the product and shipping packaging.
• Any other information reasonably required to verify the claim.

After verification, Black Peak Bioscience may provide, as appropriate and subject to applicable law, a replacement, store credit or refund.

Product Integrity

Because certain research materials may be temperature-sensitive, contamination-sensitive or unsuitable for resale after leaving our control, opened, used, reconstituted, tampered-with or improperly stored products are generally not returnable, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns generally cannot be accepted after an order has shipped due to research-material integrity and chain-of-custody considerations.

Shipping Damage

Retain the affected product and all original packaging until the claim is resolved. Photographs or other evidence may be required for carrier claims.

Lost Shipments

For shipments confirmed lost by the carrier, Black Peak Bioscience will review tracking and order information and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and carrier policies.

Non-Excludable Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
