Service Objective

Eligible orders are generally targeted for delivery within approximately 3–5 business days across Canada and the United States where legally permitted. Processing and delivery estimates begin after an order has been accepted and cleared for fulfillment.

No Guaranteed Transit Time

Quoted delivery windows are estimates only. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs, regulatory review, incorrect addresses, remote destinations and other circumstances outside our control may delay delivery.

Destination & Product Eligibility

Not every product can necessarily be sold or shipped to every destination. Black Peak Bioscience may refuse, hold or cancel an order when fulfillment may violate applicable Canadian, U.S., provincial, territorial, state, local, import/export or other regulatory requirements.

Tracking & Address Accuracy

Where tracking is available, customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress and providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Contact customer service promptly if tracking indicates an exception.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives materially damaged, contact info@blackpeakbioscience.ca promptly with the order number and supporting photographs where applicable. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution subject to applicable law, carrier requirements and the policies below.
