Eligible exchanges are primarily available for verified fulfillment errors, shipping damage or other qualifying product issues.

Incorrect Product or Strength

If you receive an incorrect eligible product or strength, contact info@blackpeakbioscience.ca within 7 days of delivery. Do not open, alter, reconstitute or use the affected product.

Verification

We may request the order number, photographs and other reasonable information needed to verify the issue. Once verified, Black Peak Bioscience will provide replacement or other resolution instructions.

Ineligible Exchanges

Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, tampered with, improperly stored or otherwise removed from suitable research-material handling conditions are generally ineligible for exchange, except where otherwise required by law.

Black Peak Fulfillment Error

Where an exchange results from a verified Black Peak Bioscience fulfillment error, reasonable replacement-shipping costs will be borne by Black Peak Bioscience.
